How do I sign up for services?
If you are ready to move forward in working with us, we recommend scheduling a consultation call with our team. If you are interested in scheduling a One-on-one 2 Hour Business Operations Strategy Session, you may click here to get started. The process to get onboarded for the session is fully automated. If you need further clarity, please schedule a consultation before moving forward.
Where is your office located?
Our office is based in downtown Baltimore, Maryland. However, we are a full-service Virtual Operations Management Agency. We have a remote global team.
When I sign up for services, who will I be working with?
At the time of onboarding, you will meet your account manager and designated point of contact who will assist you for the duration of your services.
What are your hours of operations?
Our office is open Monday- Thursday from 10:00 AM-6:00 PM EST, closed Friday-Sunday. We are closed on all federally reserved holidays. All consultations, one-on-one sessions, and meetings are scheduled in eastern standard time.
Can I cancel services at anytime?
All of our done-for-you and retainer services required a minimum 3-month commitment. We require 60-days notice in writing before canceling services. No refunds will be issued. We recommend scheduling a consultation and making an informed decision before moving forward.
